Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Executive to drive creator collaborations and brand partnerships for our kids' fashion brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of influencer marketing, campaign execution, creator relationship management, and social media trends, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers, mom bloggers, parenting creators, and fashion content creators aligned with the brand.
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and creator networks.
- Coordinate product seeding, barter collaborations, paid partnerships, and campaign deliverables.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure campaigns are executed within budget.
- Track campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Maintain influencer databases, campaign calendars, and performance reports.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators in the kidswear and parenting space.
Must Have -
- 1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Social Media Marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of influencer marketing metrics and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends and creator ecosystem.
- Preferably from Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, Kids, D2C, or Consumer Brands.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
