FMCG work experience is highly appriciated, key responsiblities as below
Managing customer interactions, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Answering customer inquiries, providing information, and communicating with customers clearly and concisely. Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chat queries.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate customer records in excel day to day.
Provide product and service information to customers
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Escalate complex issues to senior staff when required
Prepare daily reports on customer interactions
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
