We are seeking a versatile and dynamic educator holding a Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Elementary Education to manage instruction and curriculum delivery for Classes 1 to 5. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in teaching English and Science aligned with the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) framework. Beyond classroom instruction, this role demands exceptional
student-handling abilities and the readiness to step into administrative leadership or administrative management ownership whenever designated by the school leadership.
1. Academic Delivery & HPBOSE Curriculum Management
- Curriculum Alignment: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in English and Science strictly adhering to the NCERT/HPBOSE guidelines mapped for Primary Classes 1–5.
- Literacy & Scientific Temper: Foster foundational language proficiency (grammar, phonics, reading comprehension) and instill inquiry-based learning through basic science experiments and activities.
- Continuous Evaluation: Design periodic worksheets, administer formative and summative assessments, and maintain rigorous academic records matching state board criteria.
2. Student Handling & Classroom Environment
- Behavior Management: Maintain a disciplined, empathetic, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment optimized for young learners.
- Holistic Development: Monitor and report on the psychological, social, and emotional growth of students, implementing differentiated learning methods where needed.
- Parent-Teacher Engagement: Conduct constructive Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to provide transparent updates on student performance, behavioral traits, and learning milestones.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks; successfully completed a formal Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), JBT, or equivalent childhood education training.
- Eligibility: Possession of a valid Himachal Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (HP TET) certification for primary classes is preferred/highly advantageous.
- Experience: 0–5 years of proven experience teaching primary levels (Classes Kindergarten - 5), with documented exposure to leadership or administrative responsibilities. Fresher too can apply.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi Along with punjabi( optional)
Pay: ₹7,256.61 - ₹20,242.47 per month
