Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Explain products/services and resolve customer queries.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
