Job Summary
We are immediately hiring energetic HR Associates with 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience to handle end-to-end candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Source active and passive candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate relevance and communication skills.
Manage high-volume interview scheduling and coordination across multiple manager calendars.
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment metrics.
Provide a smooth, professional candidate experience from initial outreach to interview delivery.
Key Requirements
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination.
Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, exceptional multi-tasking, and strong coordination abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related stream.
