Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Python Developer who can design, develop and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the backend (Python) and frontend (modern JavaScript frameworks), building robust APIs and collaborating closely with product, design and DevOps teams.
Key Responsibilities
Backend (Python)
- Design, develop and maintain backend services using Python
- Build RESTful / GraphQL APIs using Django / Django REST Framework / FastAPI
- Implement authentication, authorization and role-based access control
- Optimize application performance and database queries
- Write clean, reusable and testable code
Frontend
- Develop responsive UI using React.js / Vue.js / Angular
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional web interfaces
- Integrate frontend with backend APIs
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
Database & Architecture
- Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
- Work with ORMs (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)
- Implement caching using Redis
- Handle background tasks using Celery / RQ
Collaboration & Best Practices
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning
- Follow secure coding practices and industry standards
- Collaborate with designers, QA and product managers
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with Django / FastAPI
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Hands-on experience with React.js (preferred)
- Experience with REST APIs
- Solid understanding of SQL and database design
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SaaS / CRM applications
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with WebSockets / real-time systems
- Understanding of payment gateways and security standards
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
