Job Summary:
We are looking for a sensible, smart, and proactive personal assistant to support the director in day-to-day executive, administrative, and strategic tasks. The ideal candidate should come from a finance or technology background, possess strong analytical ability, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS using advanced Excel skills
- Handle confidential documents and maintain data integrity
- Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, or tech-related coordination (based on background)
- Draft emails, correspondence, and internal communications with strong language proficiency
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Track action items, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of tasks
- Support decision-making with data analysis and structured reporting
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Educational Background: Finance / Commerce / Technology / Engineering preferred
- Experience: 2–5 years in a similar executive support role
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reports, dashboards, data analysis)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint)
- Communication:
- Excellent command of English (written & verbal)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
