At iTutorMind Digital Education LLP, we're looking for an Academic Coordinator who can take ownership of day-to-day academic operations and create a seamless experience for students, parents, and tutors.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Academic Coordinator, you will:
✅ Coordinate between students, parents, and tutors
✅ Schedule demo classes and regular sessions
✅ Conduct tutor onboarding and orientation sessions
✅ Allocate tutors based on student requirements
✅ Monitor tutor performance and maintain quality standards
✅ Handle academic operations and resolve day-to-day issues
✅ Maintain reports, trackers, and documentation
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Who We're Looking For
You could be a great fit if you have:
✔ Bachelor's Degree (MBA/BBA preferred)
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following:
- Academic Coordinator
- Academic Counselor
- Student Success Executive
- Education Counselor
- Operations Coordinator
- Similar Education/EdTech role
✔ Excellent spoken & written English
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔ Ability to multitask and manage priorities
✔ Good organizational and problem-solving skills
✔ Confidence in handling students, parents, and tutors professionally
Work Schedule
Monday – Saturday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
100% Remote (Work From Home)

- Laptop/Desktop
- Stable high-speed internet
- Quiet workspace
- Ability to work professionally in a remote environment
- This is a full-time remote position that requires active availability during office hours. Employees are required to keep their camera ON throughout the workday (except during approved breaks or in exceptional circumstances) as part of our remote work policy to facilitate effective communication, team collaboration, and operational transparency.
