- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle guest queries or complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with restaurant and operations teams for smooth guest service.
- Maintain reservation records and guest feedback reports.
- Ensure proper grooming and hospitality standards are maintained.
- Assist in managing guest flow during peak hours.
- Build positive relationships with guests to enhance repeat business.
- Support promotional events and special guest requirements.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with professional grooming.
- Previous experience in hospitality/restaurants preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage.
Qualification:
- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality preferred.
Experience:
- 1–3 years in hospitality, restaurant, or guest relations role.
