Job Responsibilities
- Operate plastic injection molding and blow molding machines
- Set machine parameters like temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle time
- Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities
- Handle mould changing and machine setting activities
- Monitor production and maintain product quality
- Ensure minimum rejection and smooth machine operation
- Perform routine machine checking and preventive maintenance support
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification preferred (Mechanical, Plastic, Production, or relevant field)
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in Plastic Injection Molding and/or Blow Molding
- Knowledge of machine setting, mould changing, and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of plastic raw materials like PP, HDPE, LDPE, ABS, Nylon, etc.
- Ability to identify molding defects and take corrective action
- Basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems preferred
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
- Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible attitude
