We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to expand our corporate and institutional partnerships.

EligibilityEducational Qualification
- MBA / PGDM with specialization in Marketing
- Certification or exposure to Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, event management, or corporate relations are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Develop relationships with corporate HR departments, schools, colleges, institutions, and organizations.
- Promote ODSC's corporate team-building programs, sports events, employee engagement activities, and celebration packages.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of events.
- Maintain a database of leads and submit regular sales reports.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Desired Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Confidence in client interaction and presentations.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for business meetings.
Compensation & BenefitsDuring Probation (First 3 Months)
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Percentage Based on successful lead conversions
After Successful Completion of Probation
Upon successful completion of the 3-month probation and consistent achievement of assigned performance targets:
- Revised Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Continued as per company policy
Working Schedule
- Weekly Off: Monday
- Paid Leave: 12 Casual Leaves (CL) per year
