About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and confident English Grammar Trainer to create engaging recorded video lessons for our online learning channel. The trainer will be responsible for explaining English grammar concepts clearly and effectively on camera, helping learners of all levels build strong language fundamentals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys teaching, has excellent command over English grammar, and is comfortable in front of a camera/microphone.
Key Responsibilities
- Record video lessons covering English Grammar topics such as:
- Parts of Speech, Tenses, Articles, Prepositions
- Sentence Structure, Voice & Narration (Direct/Indirect Speech)
- Common Errors, Vocabulary Building, Spoken English Basics
- Plan and structure lesson content in a simple, learner-friendly manner suitable for online video format.
- Prepare notes, examples, and practice exercises to accompany video lessons.
- Ensure clear pronunciation, good voice modulation, and confident on-camera presence during recordings.
- Coordinate with the video editing/content team for retakes, corrections, and quality checks.
- Stay consistent with the channel's teaching style, tone, and content calendar.
- Suggest new topics/trending grammar queries based on learner feedback and demand.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field (B.Ed/TEFL/TESOL is a plus) or any graduate .
- Excellent command over English Grammar, both spoken and written.
- Clear pronunciation and confident on-camera/video presentation skills.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or content creation for online platforms is a plus.
- Freshers with strong grammar knowledge and good camera presence are welcome to apply.
- Basic familiarity with recording setups (or willingness to learn) is helpful.
Experience Required
0 to 5 Years — Freshers with excellent English grammar knowledge and confident presentation skills are encouraged to apply. Prior teaching/training or video content experience will be an added advantage.
Compensation
₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience, teaching quality, and video presentation skills.
