Job Title: Commis Chef

Job Summary:
A Commis Chef assists in the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of senior kitchen staff. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals beginning their culinary career, offering hands-on experience in all areas of the kitchen while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and adhere to recipes and portion controls.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Store food correctly and monitor stock rotation.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Participate in kitchen cleaning schedules and equipment maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic culinary training or a diploma in hotel management preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good time management and attention to detail
