Job Overview
We are hiring a responsible and experienced Supervisor for our Healthcare Products (FMCG) unit at Jalan Complex. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, managing manpower, and ensuring smooth production workflow with quality and safety compliance.
- Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production and operations activities
- Manage manpower, shift scheduling, and workforce allocation
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and support teams
- Monitor workflow to ensure target completion and efficiency
- Prepare daily reports and operational updates
- Candidate Requirements 2–3 years of experience in FMCG / Healthcare Products industry
- Strong knowledge of production and operations management
- Good team handling and communication skills
- Ability to manage workforce efficiently and handle pressure
- Responsible and disciplined approach to work
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
