Job Role: Analyst
Location: Navi Mumbai/Mumbai
Salary: ₹22,000 in hand
Night Shift Allowance: ₹4,000/month
Quarterly Bonus: ₹9,000
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to US broadband customers.
Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, modem, and router-related issues.
Resolve customer queries through voice support.
Update customer records and maintain service standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate Freshers can apply.
HSC with a minimum of 6 months of BPO/Customer Service experience (on paper)
Requirements:
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Basic technical knowledge is required.
* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
