Herbal Creation is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst / Software Tester to bridge the gap between business requirements and software quality. The candidate will gather and analyze requirements, prepare functional documentation, create test cases, execute manual testing, report defects, and ensure the delivered product meets business expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.Log, track, and verify defects until closure.
- Validate new features before production release.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and production support. Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Hands-on experience with manual testing.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Software Tester, or a similar role.
