Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Business Development professional who thrives in a commission-driven environment. You'll identify and engage founders, build strategic partnerships, generate qualified meetings, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking.
- Build and maintain partnerships with relevant businesses.
- Qualify prospects before scheduling meetings.
- Manage follow-ups and keep CRM records updated.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Existing network within B2B industries is preferred.
Compensation:
- Probation (3 months): 30% commission on every closed deal (no base salary).
- Full-time: CTC starting from 7.8 LPA + 12% commission after achieving performance milestones. If you're confident in your ability to build relationships and drive revenue, we'd love to hear from you.
