- Record and maintain accurate bank entries in accounting software.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to match bank statements with books of accounts.
- Import accounting data from Excel to Tally and manage voucher entries efficiently.
- Drag, upload, and track accounting files in Tally ERP.
- Use MS Excel for accounting and reporting purposes, including:
- VLOOKUP for data matching and reconciliation
- Pivot Tables for analysis and summary reports
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliation schedules using Excel.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents in Tally.
- Assist in month-end closing and routine accounting activities.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting procedures.
Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables)
- Experience in bank accounting and bank reconciliation
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
