- Should have good knowledge of online bidding on portals and other business/lead generation sites/sources.
- Must have experience working as a BA interfacing with technical teams.
- Experience writing and reviewing business processes, functional design, and working among development teams.
- Should have a good working knowledge of SRS and other documentation. Strong analytical skills to ask the right questions; excellent requirement gathering and analysis skills.
- Time management skills; and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Result-driven individual with the ability to manage stress effectively.
- Good with Proposal making.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Must be a team player, keen to learn, possess a good attitude and be self-disciplined.
- Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritize deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.
- Creates detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translates it into functional specifications.
