About Us
Surreal Entertainment LLC is a USA-based consumer products company developing licensed products for major retailers including Spencer's, Hot Topic, Five Below, Walmart, and others across North America.
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical professional to support our Licensing team by tracking projects, coordinating approvals, and maintaining reporting for management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Licensing Coordinator in day-to-day project management.
- Track concept approvals, artwork approvals, product approvals, and pre-production sample (PPS) approvals.
- Prepare weekly project status reports for management.
- Follow up with internal teams, licensors, factories, and US colleagues regarding pending approvals.
- Maintain project trackers and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Design, Sourcing, and Sales teams.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and meeting summaries.
- Identify project delays and proactively follow up until closure.
- Maintain licensing documentation and approval records.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience working with licensing, product development, project management, or consumer products.
- Experience working with international teams is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
