Resesponbilities:
*Lead and manage the team to achieve operational objectives and ensure quality standards are met.
*Monitor team performance through established metrics and provide regular feedback.
*Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
*Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
*Address staffing needs and coordinate schedules.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
*Generate performance reports and present findings to management.
*Act as a point of contact for any escalated issues.
Eligibility: HSC+ 1.5 yrs of experience
