Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with AVMSmiles’ business and marketing goals.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, content writers, and influencers to create high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends, manage audience engagement, and implement innovative campaign ideas.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive reach, engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Track performance, analyze insights, collaborate with the marketing team, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta Business Suite, and analytics/scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication, content marketing, branding, and digital marketing skills; Canva knowledge is an added advantage.
- Creative, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or wellness industry, with knowledge of video content planning, influencer collaborations, SEO, and social media advertising.
