We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, guiding them in selecting the right professional courses, and assisting them throughout the admission process. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about our courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to provide an excellent counselling experience.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
