Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage the full hiring cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Update company policies as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience (with at least 2 years in a managerial role)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
LOACTION- CBD BELAPUR, MUMBAI
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
