Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer with strong hands-on expertise in configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing governance, risk, compliance, audit, and control management solutions using the ServiceNow platform. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow IRM capabilities, including risk management, policy and compliance workflows, audit management, third-party risk management, and compliance evidence collection.
Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow IRM / GRC Development
- Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
- Develop and maintain Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, BCM, TPRM, and CCM solutions.
- Configure workflows, forms, workspaces, dashboards, reports, and portals.
- Design and implement governance, risk, and compliance processes.
Platform Development & Customization
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Customize IRM Workspaces and user experiences.
- Build scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Integrations
- Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Governance & Support
- Support release management, upgrades, and platform administration activities.
- Create documentation, runbooks, and governance artifacts.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, and auditors.
