Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients, customers, and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for management and sales teams.
- Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
- Support sales and marketing teams with customer follow-ups and lead management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Manage office supplies and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or administration.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
