Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Specialist located in Tripunithura, Kochi. You will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs and guiding them towards the appropriate solar solutions.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling, managing a sales pipeline, following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers
- Developing in-depth knowledge of Kraftwork's product features and benefits.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Site Supervisors.
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Self-motivated, Go-getter
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, Google Docs and CRM software.
- Educational requirement: Diploma or Graduation in any discipline
