Sales & Business Development
- Generate new leads through referrals, networking, partnerships, events, and outbound activities.
- Respond to and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
- Understand prospective clients' fitness and wellness goals and recommend the right MuscleHeadon program.
- Conduct studio tours and client consultations.
- Convert leads into paid memberships/programs while maintaining a premium client experience.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Develop partnerships with corporates, luxury brands, residential communities, hotels, cafés, influencers, and other relevant businesses.
- Support social media campaigns, events, activations, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase MuscleHeadon's visibility within the premium Mumbai market.
- Coordinate with the social media/content team to support marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and suggest ways to improve lead generation and conversion.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
