- Lead and manage the complete B2B sales operations across India.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Expand the network of wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and key business partners.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans to maximize revenue.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead Sales Managers, Sales Executives, CRM, and Sales Coordinators.
- Set clear KPIs and sales targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure accountability.
- Build a high-performance, disciplined, and customer-focused sales culture.
Business Development
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
- Represent the company in business meetings, exhibitions, and client visits whenever required.
Operations & Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day coordination between Sales, Production, CRM, Dispatch, and Management.
- Ensure smooth order execution, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery.
- Improve internal processes, reporting systems, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor office discipline, workflow, and team productivity.
Strategy & Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance dashboards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand.
- Present business updates, challenges, and growth plans to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales performance and operational excellence.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and team leadership.
- Strong business acumen with strategic decision-making ability.
- Ability to lead multiple departments and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, and sales reporting.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
Preferred Experience
- 7–12+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Operations.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
- Prior experience in the garment, textile, apparel, or women's ethnic wear industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in handling Pan-India B2B wholesale and retail networks will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
