Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer with experience in architectural visualization for interior and exterior projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating high-quality, photorealistic renders, architectural walkthroughs, and animations.
The candidate will work closely with the design team to transform architectural concepts into visually compelling presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations for residential and commercial interior spaces.
- Develop realistic exterior visualizations, including building facades and high-rise developments.
- Produce architectural walkthroughs and video animations.
- Configure realistic lighting, materials, textures, shaders, and camera compositions.
- Use rendering tools to create photorealistic architectural images and animations.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and visual styles.
- Assist in developing mood boards and other visual presentation materials.
- Utilize relevant AI tools to improve visualization workflows, rendering efficiency, and texture development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in architectural visualization.
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Render, and D5 Render.
- Experience in creating both interior and exterior architectural visualizations.
- Knowledge of lighting, material mapping, texturing, shaders, and camera composition.
- Practical experience in creating architectural walkthroughs and animations.
- Familiarity with AI-based tools used in visualization or design workflows.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant architectural visualization projects is required.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
