We are looking for a skilled and motivated Safety Engineer to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing electrical works at construction sites while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
· Operational Risk Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive daily site inspections across high-rise structures, excavation zones, and staging areas to identify, evaluate, and eliminate potential hazards.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all on-site operations strictly adhere to the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act, statutory labour laws, and local municipal safety mandates.
· Hazard Analysis: Author and review comprehensive Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and Risk Assessments for high-risk operations, including work-at-heights, heavy lifting, and deep foundation works.
· Incident Investigation: Lead structured root-cause analysis (RCA) investigations for all site incidents or near-misses, and compile formal corrective and preventive action (CAPA) reports for executive management.
· Safety Training & Orientation: Develop and deliver mandatory safety induction programs for new employees, engineers, and subcontractors, and oversee the implementation of daily localized toolbox talks.
· Emergency Readiness: Conduct regular safety audits of fire protection systems, medical stations, and emergency evacuation paths, while maintaining strict compliance regarding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Fire & Safety Engineering.
· Professional Certification: A government-recognized Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) from a recognized institute (e.g., RLI, CLI, or State Technical Board) is highly preferred.
· Experience: 2 - 3 years of progressive experience executing safety management systems within large-scale commercial, residential, or township infrastructure projects.
· Technical Proficiencies: Thorough understanding of Indian structural safety standards, scaffolding safety codes, concrete framework safety, and high-voltage electrical hazards.
· Competencies: Strong enforcement authority, superior reporting capabilities, and the multilingual proficiency (English, Hindi, and Gujarati) necessary to effectively communicate across all organizational levels.
