Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Additional hours or Sunday work may occasionally be required during travel, events, or important business activities.

You'll work directly with Honey Makhija every day, capturing the reality of entrepreneurship—not scripted content.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in filmmaking, content creation, branding, and digital media while learning how multiple businesses are built and managed.

Your Role
You will become the dedicated videographer, editor, and content creator behind Honey Makhija's personal brand.
Your responsibility is to record, edit, publish, and help showcase the daily life of an entrepreneur managing multiple businesses.
Daily ResponsibilitiesRecord Daily Life (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
You will accompany Honey Makhija throughout the day to capture:
- Business meetings
- Factory operations
- Office work
- Entrepreneurial decision-making
- Travel
- Events
- Public speaking
- Lifestyle content
- Behind-the-scenes moments
- Book writing sessions
- Team meetings
Video Editing
Create engaging, high-quality content for:
- YouTube
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Facebook
You should be comfortable with:
- Storytelling
- Viral editing styles
- Motion graphics
- Color grading
- Audio enhancement
- Cinematic B-roll
- Fast-paced editing
- Captions and subtitles
Social Media Management
Manage and publish content across:
Your responsibilities include:
- Uploading videos
- Scheduling posts
- Writing captions
- Creating thumbnails
- Organizing content
- Monitoring content performance
- Maintaining consistency across all platforms
- Publishing a minimum of 50 short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) per day across our social media platforms.
Travel
You must be comfortable travelling whenever required.
Factory visits, business meetings, conferences, and outstation travel are a regular part of this role.
Confidentiality
You will occasionally witness confidential business discussions and future business plans.
Maintaining complete confidentiality is mandatory.
Professionalism, integrity, and trust are non-negotiable.
Accommodation
This is an on-site role in Katni, Madhya Pradesh.
Candidates relocating to Katni will have two options:
- Free accommodation in a private room within our factory premises.
OR
- Arrange their own accommodation in Katni if preferred.
Required Equipment
Candidates must have:
- Their own smartphone with a good-quality camera (iPhone or premium Android preferred).
- Basic understanding of smartphone videography.
- Willingness to use their personal smartphone for recording quick content whenever required.
- Professional cameras and additional equipment will be provided by the company whenever required.
