Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and ensuring successful account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
- Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Resolve client concerns and escalations effectively.
- Prepare business reviews, reports, and account performance updates.
- Meet revenue and growth targets for assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand business needs and strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- Experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Sales, or Business Development is an advantage.

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
