We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions that enhance students' communication, interpersonal, and professional skills, preparing them for academic and career success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, and emotional intelligence
- Conduct interactive workshops, seminars, and classroom sessions for students
- Assess students’ skill levels and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Develop training materials, presentations, and assessment tools
- Facilitate group discussions, role plays, and activities to ensure practical learning
- Track and evaluate student progress and maintain training records
- Collaborate with faculty and academic teams to align training with curriculum goals
- Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and personality development sessions
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
- Good interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Certification in Soft Skills / Training & Development (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in soft skills training, teaching, or related field
- Experience in educational institutions or training centers is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
