Job Description

Drive Productivity, reduce rework and rejection using Lean Tools.
-
Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms and process controls.

Conduct Time and Motion Study and Cycle-time analysis.
-
Implement PFMEA, Control Plan and Risk Mitigation Actions.

Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics.
-
Ensure first time right execution based on approved drawings and BOM.
-
Ensure compliance to ISO and Involvement in all QHSE activities including internal and external audits.

Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on project timelines and routing time.
-
Allocate manpower and resources to meet production targets.
-
Involvement in BPS activities and co ordinating and driving RPP projects.
Qualifications
BE or B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics from reputed institutions.
Additional Information
-
8 to 10 years of experience working in Hydraulic Industry.

Good knowledge of Hydraulic components & their function, Hydraulic Circuits and GA Drawing.

Expertise in handling Customer Inspection.

Proficiency in problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA).
-
Good Knowledge of Lean tools.
-
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining, fabrication, assembly, testing.
