We Are Hiring – Head of Digital Transformation
Location: Varanasi
Khemchand Group is looking for a passionate and result-oriented professional to lead the digital transformation of our organization.
We are not looking for a conventional IT Manager. We are looking for a person who can understand our business, simplify our working systems, and help us build a modern, technology-driven organization.
Our objective is to digitize every important function of the company, including production, purchase, stores, accounts, quality, maintenance, HR, projects, and management reporting. We want to move towards real-time information, paperless workflows, business intelligence, and AI-based decision support.
The person should be capable of:
Planning and executing the complete digital transformation of the company.
Implementing ERP and integrating different business functions into one system.
Developing management dashboards and MIS for senior leadership.
Introducing automation and AI wherever it creates measurable business value.
Working closely with department heads to improve efficiency and transparency.
Training employees and ensuring successful adoption of new digital systems.
Desired Profile
Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations.
Hands-on knowledge of ERP, Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL, Microsoft 365, AI tools, and business process automation.
Strong analytical ability, leadership skills, and a practical approach to solving business problems.
