Position: Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Office Management
- Manage day-to-day office and factory administration activities.
- Handle housekeeping, pantry, security, stationery, office assets, and maintenance work.
- Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of office and factory premises.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities.
Travel & Logistics Coordination
- Arrange travel bookings including flights, trains, hotels, and local transportation for management and employees.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation-related requirements.
- Maintain travel records and expense tracking.
Electricity & Utility Management
- Coordinate electricity, generator, diesel, and utility-related activities for uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor utility bills and coordinate with vendors/service providers.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office and factory utilities.
Vendor & Facility Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, transporters, and external agencies.
- Handle procurement of office/admin supplies and negotiate with vendors.
- Ensure timely renewals of AMC contracts and office/factory-related agreements.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain office files, agreements, invoices, visitor records, courier logs, and operational documents.
- Maintain attendance and administrative records.
- Support compliance and statutory documentation activities.
Employee Coordination & IR Support
- Support management in handling shop-floor/admin-related IR (Industrial Relations) matters.
- Coordinate with employees and supervisors to maintain discipline and smooth operations.
- Assist in grievance handling and employee coordination activities.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports related to administration, expenses, travel, utilities, and operational support.
- Maintain records and reports in MS Excel as required by management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant admin experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Experience in factory administration and facility management preferred.
- Exposure to travel coordination, utility management, and IR handling will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong coordination, vendor management, and multitasking skills.
