We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven freshers to join as Training & Placement Counselors. The role involves handling student inquiries, guiding them on career courses, and supporting the end-to-end admission process, along with basic placement coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Admissions
Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Counsel students about courses, career scope, and placements.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Assist in completing admission formalities and documentation.
Maintain student records and update CRM data.
Training Coordination
Help students understand course schedules and training modules.
Coordinate with trainers for batch allocation.
Track attendance and student progress.
Placement Support
Support students with basic resume preparation.
Assist in scheduling interviews and placement drives.
Maintain placement-related student data.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic sales and convincing ability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work with targets
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate (MBA / HR / Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong interest in counseling, sales, or HR roles
Good spoken English and local language proficiency
