Job Opening: Lead Sales Executive (Event & Wedding Venue/Banquet Sales)
We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-driven Lead Sales Executive to join our team for our upcoming luxury venue project.
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads generated through online advertisements & social media campaigns
- Call potential clients and understand their event requirements
- Regularly follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
- Schedule and coordinate venue visits with prospects
- Give detailed venue presentations and explain offerings
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain lead database and update follow-up status daily
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximize conversions
- Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business & referrals
Requirements:
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Sales experience preferred (hospitality/event industry is a plus)
- Confident on calls and client-facing meetings
- Good follow-up discipline
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic CRM / lead management knowledge
- Presentable and professional personality
