Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect garments during the stitching process and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identify stitching defects, measurement issues, and workmanship defects.
- Conduct inline quality checks and provide immediate feedback to operators.
- Monitor quality performance and reduce defects and rework.
- Verify measurements as per buyer specifications and approved samples.
- Maintain quality inspection records and reports.
- Coordinate with Production Supervisors to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
- Support final quality checks before garments move to the next process.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in Garment Quality Control.
- Knowledge of garment construction and stitching operations.
- Ability to identify garment defects and measurement variations.
- Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
