Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Electrical Technician to join our solar installation and service team. The selected candidate will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining solar power systems at customer sites. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel to customer locations. Freshers with relevant technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites to inspect and diagnose issues related to solar power systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and technical faults in solar installations.
- Perform on-site repairs, maintenance, and corrective actions.
- Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems and related electrical equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system performance checks.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Follow electrical safety standards, company procedures, and industry best practices.
- Provide professional and timely support to customers.
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Interest in solar energy systems and renewable energy technologies.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations within the company's service area.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
