DripX CNC is engaged in CNC machine solutions, industrial automation, and manufacturing support services for industries across India. We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and sales operations.
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, handling client communication, managing follow-ups, supporting digital promotions, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and customers.
The role requires strong communication skills, coordination ability, and professional handling of day-to-day marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily marketing and promotional activities
- Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for lead management
- Maintain customer and lead records
- Support social media and online marketing activities
- Assist in preparing brochures, presentations, and marketing materials
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client visits
- Coordinate exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional events
- Maintain reports and marketing activity updates
- Support business development and branding initiatives
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital platforms
- Strong follow-up and multitasking ability
- Professional attitude and organizational skills
- MS Office knowledge preferred
Qualification
- Graduate / BBA / MBA / Any Relevant Qualification
