Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage the stall, table, or sampling counter at events, pop-ups, exhibitions, stores, and other activations.
Conduct in-person sales and actively promote products to customers.
Offer product samples and explain the taste, ingredients, variants, pricing, and benefits clearly.
Approach and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to encourage trials and purchases.
Maintain a clean, attractive, hygienic, and organized stall/display area throughout the event.
Handle customer payments accurately, including cash and digital payments.
Manage event inventory, including sale stock, sample stock, display materials, and promotional items.
Track opening stock, closing stock, units sold, samples used, and any damaged or missing products.
Submit daily/event reports with sales numbers, cash collected, digital payments, stock updates, and customer feedback.
Represent the brand positively and communicate product benefits confidently.
Store Placement Responsibilities:
Spend assigned promotional days inside partner retail stores.
Offer product samples to shoppers and encourage them to purchase the products from the store.
Explain product details clearly and help customers choose suitable variants.
Ensure products are properly displayed, visible, and available on shelves.
Coordinate politely with store staff and maintain good relationships with store managers. Inform the team if stock is low, misplaced, damaged, or unavailable.
Support in-store sales by actively engaging shoppers and creating product awareness.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
Comfortable approaching customers and promoting products in person.
Ability to explain food/snack products clearly and confidently.
Honest, punctual, reliable, and responsible with money and inventory.
Energetic, friendly, and positive attitude. Ability to stand for long hours during events or store promotions.
Basic sales, retail, FMCG, food sampling, or event promotion experience preferred. Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible event timings as required.
Ability to set up stalls, carry light event materials, and manage on-ground tasks independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
