- Capability to work within a POD/ cross-functional squads to develop and implement an AI strategy that aligns with business needs.
- Commitment to staying updated on the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve AI capabilities within the organization.
- An Agile Mindset with an in-depth understanding of Agile Principles.
- Must have prior experience as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst working as part of an agile team using an Agile Workflow tool such as JIRA or TFS.
- Agile Certification, such as CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO, PMI-ACP, Certified SAFe Practitioner, Azure AI Fundamentals is desirable.
