We are looking for experienced Academic Counsellors with a strong background in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should be passionate about guiding students, understanding their learning requirements, and helping them choose the right educational programs through consultative selling.
Candidates must have prior experience working with EdTech organisations and should be comfortable handling leads, counselling prospective learners, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding educational programs and career opportunities
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and learning solutions
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and virtual consultations
- Convert leads into enrollments while maintaining a high-quality counselling experience
- Follow up with prospective learners and nurture them through the decision-making process
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Stay updated on program offerings, industry trends, and competitive products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience
Required Experience:
✔ 3–5 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor, Education Counsellor, Admission Counsellor, or Inside Sales Executive within the EdTech industry
✔ Proven track record of achieving enrollment or sales targets
✔ Experience handling high-volume lead pipelines and student consultations
✔ Strong understanding of consultative sales and career counselling
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong counselling and relationship-building abilities
Understanding of learner needs and tailored solutions
Goal-oriented mindset and passion for student success
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Consultative sales and high-volume lead management
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
