Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Senior Consultant Non Financial Risk Management (NFRM) The Senior Consultant plays a key role in supporting a Large Global Insurance Company across its Non Financial Risk Management (NFRM) framework with a focus on Risk and Control Assessment (RCA) and Control Testing under Project Titan. This role requires stronger judgment deeper technical specialization and the ability to independently execute and review complex risk and control activities. Senior Consultants act as reviewers quality controllers and process leads ensuring high quality audit ready outputs while guiding junior team members. Responsibilities: - RCA (Risk & Control Assessment) Execution & review - Support preparation of RCA workshop materials templates and input summaries. - Capture walkthrough notes and maintain structured logs of risk/control updates. - Update action trackers RCA change logs and follow-up items. - Control Testing lead Execution & First Level review - Lead test planning for assigned by refining control populations scoping assumptions and sampling logic - Independently execute control testing in higherrisk areas such as claims processing underwriting governance customer disclosure thirdparty oversight and fraud prevention - Draft clear test results and exception narratives for review by senior testers - Coordinate with control owners to resolve evidence gaps and clarify control intent - Determine issue severity and control impact based on evidence and risk exposure. - Governance Documentation & Reporting - Own quality checks on working papers before manager review - Maintain issue remediation and RCA trackers with ageing and status analysis - Prepare consolidated testing and RCA status reports for governance forums - Identify documentation gaps or recurring issues and escalate appropriately
