Position: Assembly Technician
Qualification: ITI (Fitter / Electrician / Mechanical / Relevant Trade)
Department: Production / Assembly
Location: Bhosari Road
Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Plant Head
Salary Range – 15000 – 20000 In hand
Job Responsibilities
Perform assembly of , electrical, or electronic components as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.
Handle tools, machines, and equipment safely and efficiently during assembly.
Conduct quality checks at different stages of assembly to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Identify and report defects, errors, or deviations in assembly work.
Maintain proper documentation of daily work and inspection reports.
Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards in the work area.
Support preventive maintenance of assembly tools and fixtures.
Work closely with the production team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.
Required Skills & Competencies
ITI certification in relevant trade (Fitter / Electrician / Mechanical, etc.)
Basic knowledge of assembly procedures and tools.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Experience
Fresher ITI candidates can apply.
1–2 years of relevant experience in assembly/production will be an added advantage.
