Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Reach out to potential clients via email, calls, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to confidently pitch ideas and solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and convert opportunities into business.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Good to Have
- Experience working with a creative agency, marketing agency, digital agency, or startup environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, content, or creative services.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
