Job Description
Kimirica is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) in Indore. The role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, building lasting customer relationships, and representing the brand with professionalism while maintaining the highest standards of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business through excellent service.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product displays, and overall store presentation.
- Ensure product availability by monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory replenishment.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and daily cash management as per company guidelines.
- Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and operational standards at all times.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain daily sales records and support routine store operations.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and retail SOPs.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, wellness, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and retail sales.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience with POS systems and retail operations will be an added advantage.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
Work Location: Indore (On-site)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
