- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom modules and integrations within enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and deployment strategies related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
